I came to Israel from Riga, Latvia, in 1980.
Having been interested in photography since childhood, I began studying it at the Meyerhoff Art Education Center, by the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, in 2002.
I then continued to the College of Geographical Photography / "Masa Acher", with which I am still affiliated.
During this time, I took part in a number of collective exhibitions. Some of my photographs have been published in various photo journals, and some were also included in The Photographers' Album – Israel 2006, by Photo Art books.
In February – March 2007 my first personal exhibition, "The City in Hues", took place at the Bauhaus Center Tel Aviv.
